Version 1.4 is in the App Store for review, it should be live soon. Here are the patch notes:

- Added city selection in preference menu. It prompts user to confirm city changes.

The Maximum number of city changes is 2 in the preference menu. It alerts the users for the last change with addition messages in confirmation prompt.
