Priority city selection

Although Route 411 operates in Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto, it’s critical to understand that this version does not allow you to purchase more than one city.
Pick your home city or the city you require the service in most – FIRST.
Upon installation of Route 411 you will be asked to select a city, it is recommended that you select the city that is your highest priority.
In the next version we intend to have additional cities be available as an in app purchase. If you do happen to select the wrong city by mistake, unfortunately uninstalling the application DOES NOT fix this issue, Apple will not allow you to change the city.
We understood that this may happen which is another reason why we have Route 411 currently priced at the introductory price of $0.99…regular price is $1.99.
Sorry if this has caused our customers any inconvenience….
Additional cities

In building Route411 we needed to make decisions on the list of functionalities to be included. This is typical for any software development cycle. As part of that process we looked at how many people would want to download more than one city right out of the gate. We found through our research in Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver that even though it’s nice to have more than one city, the overwhelming majority of public transit users just wanted their home city.
So as a result, we’ve deferred the ability for a purchase by a Route411 customer of more than one city. This has been added to the wish-list for the next version. Let us know what you think, is this capability important to you?
